By using Garmin Daily Report ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Garmin Daily Report retrieves health data from your Garmin Connect account, generates an AI-powered health analysis, and delivers it to your email as a daily report. The report covers metrics such as sleep, HRV, stress, steps, body battery, training readiness, heart rate, SpO2, and respiration.
Not Medical Advice. The reports generated by this Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. AI-generated health insights may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information in our reports.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate Garmin Connect credentials associated with an account you own.
- You must provide a valid email address that you control.
- You are responsible for complying with Garmin's Terms of Use and any applicable laws.
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account where reports are delivered.
3. Service Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level agreement (SLA). The Service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
4. Data Accuracy
- Reports are based on data retrieved from Garmin Connect. The accuracy of reports depends on the accuracy and completeness of the underlying Garmin data.
- AI-generated analysis is produced by a large language model and may contain errors, hallucinations, or misinterpretations of your health data.
- Trend comparisons and health insights are approximate and should not be relied upon for precise health measurements.
5. Intellectual Property
Report content is generated by AI for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your own reports, but you may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its generated content. The Service name, design, and code remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
- We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on information in the reports.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any).
7. Termination
- By you: You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any report email, or by emailing us. Upon unsubscription, we will stop generating and delivering reports.
- By us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these terms, or excessive resource consumption.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Garmin Trademark Disclaimer
Garmin, Garmin Connect, Body Battery, and Training Readiness are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries. Garmin Daily Report is an independent, third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garmin Ltd.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
